POLITICAL ACTION COMMITEES
Help strengthen the independent agency system by participating in the Association's PACs. Your state and federal political action committees play a key role in the Big I’s legislative success. The PACs raise money to contribute to candidates running for office, while increasing agent visibility on both the State and Federal Capitol and empowering members to participate in the political process.

AAPAC - Arizona Agents Political Action Committee
AAPAC provides financial assistance to candidates for Arizona State Offices that share the same regulatory philosophies as the Association. 

Every insurance professional has a lot at stake in the Arizona political process. The insurance industry has become the target of legislators and activists who do not care about the industry's future. AAPAC will help provide financial campaign support to those legislators who are advocates of our industry. You can play an active role in shaping public policy and protecting your livelihood in the insurance industry by making a contribution to AAPAC.


InsurPAC - Big I Federal PAC
Insurpac!  This is important word – more importantly – it is an ACTION and ACTIVITY that is vital to each and every independent insurance agent. InsurPAC is the Political Action Committee of the Independent Insurance Agents and Brokers of America. The funds are used to support those Senators and Representatives in the United States Legislature who view those issues important to the independent agent in the same way as we do.

Today our State Legislature and Congress largely govern our business. It is of the utmost importance that EACH ONE of us takes an active part in the political process on both levels by contributing our personal dollars in a collective manner in the support of those candidates who believe in our ideals

GRASSROOTS NETWORK
We need your help in protecting the successful future of the Independent Agency System. The IIABAZ Grassroots Network provides a fast and efficient way for you to participate in the legislative process.

When you sign-up, IIABAZ will only alert you when your legislators are voting on an important insurance industry issue. This allows you to contact them within minutes when we most need your support. The system provides legislators the ability to hear the voices of their constituents and vote accordingly.

All information you provide will remain private and confidential. It will not be sold or distributed to others under any condition. We will not use the email address or contact information for any other reason. We will limit our notices to only critical industry issues.


BIG I LEGISLATIVE CONFERENCE
Join the annual Big I Legislative Conference. Every April the Big I holds their National Legislative Conference where more than a thousand insurance producers visit Capitol Hill offices to lobby members of Congress on issues that directly impact independent agents and consumers. Meet your Congressional Representatives during and hear about issues impacting you and the Independent Agency System from Congressional leaders. General Sessions feature political speakers in the know.
