Terri
Edwards moved into the Executive Vice President position in August 2018. She
serves as the chief executive officer for the Association and its subsidiaries,
managing staff and making policy decisions and procedures under the direction
of IIABAZ’s voluntary leadership. Terri’s
responsibilities include research and development of a variety of member
services, advocacy, and monitoring legislative affairs for the industry.
Terri served in the capacity of Assistant Vice President, Membership
Director, and Education Coordinator throughout her years of service to the
members.
Before joining the Association in 1990, Terri gained experience in credit life and health insurance with Credit Guard Insurance in Houston, Texas, where she worked in a number of positions, including claims adjuster, account administrator, and customer service representative.
Terri obtained her Property and Casualty License in 1995, Life and Health License in 1996, CISR Designation in 1996, CIC Designation in 2000, and Surplus Lines License in 2021. | |
